As a Bank Care Assistant, you will enjoy casual, part-time work providing essential cover for annual leave or sick leave. You will help residents enjoy each day by assisting with daily living, offering companionship, sharing great memories, and providing one-to-one time. Every day is wonderfully varied, giving you the chance to put your compassion into action and develop a fulfilling career in care.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Living Support: Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and day-to-day routines.
Nutritional Care: Support residents with food and hydration, following individualised care plans.
Companionship & Wellbeing: Build meaningful relationships, ensuring residents receive dedicated one-to-one time and emotional support.
Flexible Cover: Provide vital cover across days or nights as and when needed by the home.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people is essential.
Personality: A warm-hearted, empathetic, and can-do approach with outstanding communication skills.
Commitment: Genuine compassion and a passion for delivering the highest standards of person-centred support. Full training will be provided to help you thrive!
