Live-In Care Assistant (Complex Care)
Location: Brighton, Hove, and surrounding Sussex areas (Live-in placement)
Schedule: Rotational pattern (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off — equating to 26 weeks a year)
Pay Rate: £135 per day (£945 per week, with an estimated annual earning of up to £24,570)
Are you an experienced, calm, and reassuring carer local to the Brighton and Hove area looking for a meaningful live-in role? We are currently recruiting a dedicated Live-In Care Assistant to support a gentleman in his early 60s who lives with seizures and mental health needs, helping him live safely and comfortably in his own home.
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we walk right alongside you through every step of the application process—helping you polish your CV, preparing you for success, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free transition into your new role.
Provide dedicated one-to-one live-in support, assisting with approximately 11 hours of care throughout the day.
Offer a genuinely calming energy and natural reassurance to help manage mental health needs and support the client through seizures.
Build a trusting, respectful relationship, ensuring the client feels secure, respected, and independent in his own home.
Excellent daily pay rate of £135 per day (£945 weekly), leading to an estimated annual income of up to £24,570 working a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off pattern.
