About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, hands-on Customer Assistant for their Market Street and Café team in Warrington. In this engaging food-service and retail role, you will prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for—from serving meals in the Café to crafting pizzas and preparing fresh fish or meat on Market Street—making every customer's visit special.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food items across the Café and Market Street counters (such as fresh fish, meat, and pizzas).
Customer Experience: Deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable service that makes every shopper's experience unique.
Structured Routines: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment following clear routines and timed activities.
Cross-Department Support: Receive training to support other store areas such as Replenishment and Customer Service, pitching in wherever team support is needed most.

Age Requirement: Must be over the school leaver’s age (and over 18 for specific equipment or health and safety compliance where applicable).
Personality: A helpful, friendly, and approachable attitude with a true passion for putting customers first.
Work Style: Enjoys staying active, being hands-on, and thriving in a busy, structured environment.
Flexibility: Adaptable and ready to work fully flexible shift patterns, including weekends.
