As a Casual Bar & Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring visitors enjoy exceptional service from arrival to curtain call. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service & Sales: Delivering a food and beverage experience that goes above and beyond customer expectations.
Bar & Hospitality Operations: Serving customers, restocking service areas, and managing fast-paced catering duties.
Hygiene & Safety Standards: Completing cleaning schedules, adhering to food safety guidelines, and maintaining high presentation standards.
Teamwork & Initiative: Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, responding to queries, and assisting management with business needs. (Please note: the role involves physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and carrying).
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age for licensing regulations.
Ideally possess demonstrable experience working in a busy bar, restaurant, multi-outlet venue, or hospitality/catering setting.
Highly enthusiastic, professional, and physically capable of handling a demanding shift routine.
A willingness to learn, use your initiative, and undertake health & safety/licensing training.
Competitive hourly pay (£12.65 per hour)
