About the Role
As a Team Leader at Asda Broadstairs, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department on night shifts. You’ll lead by example—supporting colleagues, keeping operations running smoothly, managing stock, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Working closely with your manager, you will maintain high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
