What You’ll Do

• Lead by Example: Set an exceptional standard of customer service, work ethic, and operational efficiency for your team.

• Step Up and Manage: Independently lead the store's entire operations when the Store Manager is absent.

• Optimize Daily Workflows: Diligently manage stock deliveries, oversee cash and till processes, and monitor store KPIs.

• Support & Motivate: Foster a collaborative and high-energy environment, using company values to guide your team's success.

• Prioritize Safety: Competently oversee compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and company guidelines.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support your colleagues and provide friendly assistance to customers.

• Strong capabilities in time management, delegation, and proactive problem-solving.

• The resilience and confidence to drive performance, monitor KPIs, and lead through busy shifts.

• Genuine pride in delivering a top-tier experience to every customer who walks through the door.

• In-Store Perks: A 10% discount on your weekly shop.
