Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our residents' lives, offering supportive, person-centred care that goes far beyond daily tasks to nurture genuine happiness and comfort.

• Dignified Daily Support: Gently assist residents with personal care routines (washing, dressing, hygiene) and enjoying meals, always with kindness and respect.

• Champion Independence: Empower residents to make their own choices, helping them feel confident, valued, and in control of their lives.

• Companionship & Connection: Build warm, trusting relationships that bring comfort to our residents and offer reassurance to their visiting families.

• Tailored Care Planning: Contribute to and follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident’s unique preferences, habits, and life stories are celebrated.

• Create a Welcoming Environment: Help maintain a safe, secure, and happy atmosphere where residents feel genuinely at home and listened to.

• Eligible to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Ayr (KA7 4AA).
