About the Role

Are you a night owl looking for a highly rewarding role with an industry leader? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Aldi to recruit a Warehouse Selector (Nights) for their Regional Distribution Centre in Darlington.

With new stores opening at lightning speed, our warehouse teams are the ultimate backbone of the business—without them, there would be no products on the shelves! Joining a fun, close-knit team, you will be responsible for accurately picking stock for specific stores and loading them onto pallets, ensuring our drivers can get them out on the road seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive voice-picking instructions through a headset to locate and select stock efficiently.

• Accurately "pick" items and load them safely onto the correct pallets for specific stores.

• Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring store numbers match perfectly and all relevant paperwork is completely accurate.

• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-performing night shift team.

Skills & Experience

• On the Ball: Highly alert, focused, and comfortable working a night shift pattern.

• Detail-Oriented: Able to follow precise headset instructions and double-check numbers and paperwork.

• Physically Active: Comfortable with heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and being on your feet for the duration of your shift.

• Reliable Team Player: Someone who takes pride in their work and understands how vital their role is to the wider supply chain.

• Logistics or warehouse experience is a plus, but a great work ethic and reliability are what matter most!
