Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Wingham Court Care Home, Oaken Lane, Claygate, Surrey, KT10 0RQ
Rate of Pay: £22.09 to £24.95 per hour + £1,000 Welcome Bonus (Paid breaks included)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (36 or 48 hours per week via 3x or 4x 12-hour shifts; flexibility with days and nights required)

We are partnering with Wingham Court Care Home in Surrey—a home celebrated for its exceptional 9.8/10 carehome.co.uk rating and Good CQC report—to find a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse. Wingham Court is dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help residents live their best lives.
As a Registered Nurse through Supportive Bridge, you will be a highly respected member of the team, playing a pivotal role in managing the unit, overseeing clinical care, and driving clinical excellence. You will be fully trained on modern digital care systems while working alongside some of the best professionals in the industry.
Take ultimate responsibility for the wellbeing of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are fully met.
Manage unit operations alongside clinical duties, including the oversight of care, ordering and administration of medication, and evaluating individualised care plans.
Coach, mentor, and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and healthcare professionals.
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure strict adherence to safety standards, policies, legislation, and CQC compliance.
Handle effective clinical handovers and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
If working night shifts, apply strong critical thinking, self-reliance, and calm emergency management while supporting care staff independently.
Valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring policy compliance.
Confident in offering clinical guidance to care teams and assisting with CQC requirements.
Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering kindness, dignity, and high-quality care.
