About the Role
As a Permanent Night Care Assistant representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will help our residents feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the night. You will assist with night-time routine care, provide comforting companionship, and ensure every individual receives the exceptional care they deserve. Whether following care plans, supporting with food and drink, or offering dedicated one-to-one time, your compassion and dedication will make a meaningful difference during the night shifts.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, reliable individuals who want to build a stable career in a fulfilling residential environment.
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people is required.
Attributes: A positive "can-do" approach, excellent communication skills, empathy, and natural compassion.
