At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting dedicated Bank Care Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the team at Emily Jackson House Care Home in Sevenoaks.
In this rewarding position, you will assist residents with their daily living, offering compassionate personal care, mealtime support, and warm companionship. Every shift is varied and fulfilling—whether following individual care plans or spending quality one-on-one time connecting with residents to make their day brighter.
What You'll Do
Person-Centered Support: Assist residents with personal care, daily mobility, and nutrition in line with tailored care plans.
Companionship: Spend quality one-on-one time with residents, fostering a warm, friendly, and social atmosphere.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside nurses and fellow care assistants to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
Flexible Coverage: Pick up shifts flexibly across day or night shifts to cover peak periods, annual leave, or staff absence.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older individuals (in a professional setting or personal capacity).
Key Strengths: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
