About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with The Heights, an outstanding, purpose-built care home in High Wycombe offering specialist nursing and dementia care.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated catering team. You will help prepare delicious meals, snacks, and drinks, getting to know our residents' individual preferences so that mealtimes are always a highlight of their day.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Formal catering experience is not required as full training is provided (though a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage).
Attitude: A passion for cooking, a high standard of kitchen hygiene, and a positive "can-do" approach.
Engagement: Great communication skills and a warm personality, enjoying friendly interactions with our elderly residents.
