About the Role
Are you a dedicated clinical professional looking to champion employee health, safety, and wellbeing? We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join the team at TAC Healthcare Group in Aberdeen.
In this varied and hands-on role, you will deliver a comprehensive occupational health service across diverse client sites and our clinic. From routine and safety-critical medicals to case management and health surveillance, you will play a vital role in keeping workforces healthy, safe, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including pre-placement medicals, safety-critical medicals, and substance misuse screening.
Conduct health surveillance assessments and manage clinical case management both face-to-face and remotely.
Support sickness absence management by collaborating closely with HR and HSE teams.
Maintain professional, confidential, and accurate patient records in line with NMC standards and company procedures.
Advise clients on robust health and wellbeing strategies and assist with internal health policies.
What We Are Looking For
A qualified and registered nurse with a valid NMC registration, bringing a minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Health.
Proven capability in managing clinical cases both face-to-face and remotely.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
Bonus skills: NMC registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (OH) or a relevant OH qualification (Cert/Diploma/Degree), alongside travel health training, is highly desirable.
