Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Senior Care Assistant - Bank to join their retirement village team in Nantwich, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to provide high-quality person-centred care while supporting the day-to-day leadership of a care unit.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring residents receive compassionate care, maintaining clinical standards, and guiding care teams to deliver exceptional support in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of a care unit, ensuring high standards of resident care.

• Administer medication, maintain accurate care records and review individual care plans.

• Support, supervise and mentor Care Assistants while building positive relationships with residents and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards the qualification.

• Previous experience in a senior care or care assistant role with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills with a compassionate approach.
