Location: Boston (Home to a team of around 400 colleagues producing ready-to-eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for major retailers like Co-op, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar, and BOL)
Pay Rate: Up to £13.97 per hour
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 3s and 2s, 06:00 to 18:00 (Days)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated production talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their Boston facility, we are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative for the day shift to support daily manufacturing activities, handle ingredients, and ensure products move smoothly through the production line.
Key Responsibilities
Ingredient Handling & Preparation: Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients following simple instructions and production plans.
Production Support: Carry out manual handling tasks, transfer products to subsequent stages in a timely manner, and work collaboratively to meet daily targets.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic work environment while strictly following all health, safety, and food safety procedures, alongside completing basic paperwork.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Education: Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry (preferably with salads) is essential, backed by a good level of verbal, written, and numerical skills.
Flexibility: A flexible approach to shifts and departments, with the willingness to adapt to business needs when required.
