About the Programme

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is thrilled to partner with an industry-leading retail giant to recruit ambitious graduates for the Area Manager (Graduate) Programme on a permanent basis in the Neston Region.

On this comprehensive 12-month graduate programme, you will gain a well-rounded view of business operations to fast-track your journey into a high-level Area Manager role.

Your journey starts with a two-week induction to build a clear picture of what makes our client so unique. This is followed by intensive, hands-on training—taking you from stacking shelves and learning the ropes to making crucial store-running decisions. Soon after, the real challenges kick in as you are handed the keys to your own store, managing a multi-million-pound business and leading your team to success.

By the end of your first year, you will be fully prepared to step up into a full Area Manager role, taking on total responsibility for motivating employees, driving performance, achieving maximum sales, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
