Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Gateford Hill for a Registered Nurse (Nurse Qualified) to join their team in Worksop, UK.

In this role, you will take charge of clinical duties on a flexible bank basis, advocating for residents with dementia and complex care needs. You will deliver personalized clinical care, manage medications, and lead shift teams to uphold high standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing across the care home.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge, managing shift duties, medication administration, and care planning.

• Oversee clinical procedures including catheterisation, PEG feeding, syringe driver management, and stoma care using the PCS system.

• Collaborate with GPs and multi-disciplinary teams while ensuring clinical governance and safeguarding protocols are maintained.

Requirements

• Recognized UK NMC nursing qualification with a valid PIN (RGN, RNLD, or RMN) and essential nursing home experience.

• Strong leadership abilities, clinical decision-making skills, and knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.

• Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Worksop, UK.
