Pay Rate: £22.50 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (Permanent, Mixed Shifts - Days/Nights)

In this role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, creating a safe and supportive environment. You will have the professional autonomy to make critical clinical decisions—from developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely—ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
Holistic Care Delivery: Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive nursing care addressing residents' physical, emotional, and social requirements.
Clinical Judgement: Make critical clinical decisions, manage complex care needs, and maintain safety across all shifts.
Care Planning: Produce well-developed, person-centred care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Compliance & Standards: Adhere strictly to regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Registration: Current valid NMC registration.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of best-practice clinical standards, risk assessments, and care planning.
