About the Role
As the Care Home Deputy Manager at Cadbury Hall, you will support the delivery of exceptional care, working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence. Your varied responsibilities will include:
Inspiring and motivating a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.
Leading by example, maintaining top-tier care standards, and monitoring compliance through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory checks.
Developing and delivering strategies to achieve home goals and ensuring seamless daily operations.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and driven leader with a strong clinical and operational background. To join us, you will need:
Experience in supporting residents with diverse health needs.
A successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
Background experience in HR/recruitment, budget management, and a strong understanding of sales and marketing.
