Location: Richmond Village Northampton, Bridge Meadow Way, NN4 5EB
Salary: £14.40 per hour + £1,000 Welcome Bonus + Paid Breaks
Contract Type: Full-Time (36 hours per week, 4 x 9-hour shifts with a regular finish time of 7:00 PM and no split shifts)

We are partnering with Richmond Village Northampton (part of Bupa) to find a talented Chef de Partie to join their lively and dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will be a key player in crafting a diverse range of nutritious meals in a contemporary village restaurant while enjoying a brilliant work-life balance with straight shifts and early finishes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Crafting a diverse, nutritious, and delicious range of dishes within a contemporary village restaurant setting, catering to various dietary needs.
Bringing an innovative yet organized approach to cooking, maintaining high standards, and remaining calm during busy services.
Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience at every mealtime.
Adhering strictly to health and safety procedures while helping to refine practical cooking skills and drive career progression.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working in a professional kitchen with a true passion for food.
An open, innovative, and organized approach to culinary execution.
Desirable: An NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds, alongside a CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Award (or equivalent), with a solid understanding of kitchen safety.
