Care Assistant (Day & Night)

As a Care Assistant (Day & Night), you will provide high-quality, person-centered care tailored to the individual needs of residents. Working collaboratively with your colleagues across flexible shift patterns, you will assist with daily living routines, monitor resident safety, and foster warm, reassuring relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently support residents with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime assistance, and bedtime or morning wake-up care.

• Build trusting, respectful relationships with residents and their families to offer continuous emotional comfort and companionship.

• Help maintain personalized care plans while conducting regular resident checks during night shifts to ensure safety and comfort.

Requirements

• A caring, dependable, and empathetic approach to supporting individuals in a residential care setting.

• Good communication skills with full flexibility to work a combination of day and night shift rotas.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Disley, UK.
