As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Morrisons to source reliable, hands-on team players for a Customer Assistant - Nights role at their busy Hillsborough store in Sheffield.
Working overnight, you will play a critical role behind the scenes to prepare the store for the day ahead. This is an active, fast-paced role where you will help unload deliveries, replenish stock, and ensure shelves are spotless, fully stocked, and ready for customers when doors open. Cross-training across other store areas like Market Street and Service may also be provided, making flexibility and teamwork essential.
(Please note: Applicants must be 18 or over for this night shift role.)
Stock Replenishment: Efficiently unpack and merchandise stock onto shelves to maintain full product availability.
Delivery Handling: Safely unload incoming overnight deliveries and move stock to the correct sales floor areas.
Store Presentation: Maintain clean, tidy, and organized aisles and displays to deliver an exceptional shopping environment.
Cross-Functional Support: Support other departments (such as Market Street or customer service) as required.
Safety & Compliance: Operate equipment safely and adhere strictly to store processes and health & safety regulations.
