As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be cool, calm, and collected, rolling up your sleeves both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to inspiring your colleagues, you will play a crucial part in creating an environment where your team can thrive. You will take full ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Set a spectacular example for both the store team and customers alike.

• Independently manage store operations during the absence of the Store Manager.

• Motivate and support your team while championing Lidl's Company Values.

• Oversee deliveries, manage the till area, and actively monitor KPIs.

• Deliver a friendly, welcoming face for every customer, assisting with all queries and inquiries.

• Competently ensure full compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
