About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a reliable and hands-on Night Customer Assistant for their Exeter store. Operating during overnight hours, you will play a crucial role in getting the store ready for the day ahead by unloading deliveries, replenishing stock, and ensuring shelves are pristine and fully stocked before the doors open to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Replenishment: Efficiently unload incoming deliveries and restock shelves to guarantee high product availability.
Store Presentation: Maintain clean, tidy, and fully organized aisles so customers can easily find what they need.
Cross-Functional Support: Train and assist across other store departments, such as Market Street and Service areas.
Safe Equipment Operation: Use store equipment safely and follow all structured processes and compliance guidelines.
