About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find a dedicated Registered Nurse for Lewin House in Aylesbury.
Lewin House is a modern, 70-bed specialist nursing home featuring dedicated units across four wings. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high standards of clinical and personal care, act as clinical lead on shift when required, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents while liaising closely with families, GPs, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical leadership and compassionate nursing care to residents.
Lead and guide the care team to ensure clinical excellence and safety across shifts.
Deliver, monitor, and re-evaluate care plans in partnership with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Manage clinical tasks confidently, including medication administration, end-of-life care, catheterisation, tissue viability, and management of deterioration.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Qualified RGN or RMN with a current, active NMC PIN.
Experience: Post-registration clinical experience, ability to work autonomously, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
