Contract Type: Permanent | 25 Hours per week (Minimum Contract)

Shift Pattern: 6:00 AM start – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM finish (Working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends)

The Role

Looking to join a fun, close-knit team in a fast-growing industry? On behalf of our distribution partner, we are seeking sharp, reliable Warehouse Selectors to join the Ambient Picking Department at the Neston Distribution Centre.

Without the warehouse team, store shelves across the region stay empty! In this critical role, you’ll receive picking instructions through a voice headset, selecting products, checking paperwork, and carefully building pallets ready for store delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice-Guided Picking: Fulfill orders accurately by following headset instructions to select stock and build pallets safely.

• Order & Detail Accuracy: Maintain sharp focus on store numbers, item counts, and accuracy of order paperwork.

• Warehouse Safety: Operate efficiently within safety guidelines to keep the floor running smoothly.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to support rapid store expansion and daily stock availability.

What We’re Looking For

• Attention to Detail: "On the ball" mindset with high precision for store numbers and stock picking.

• Physical & Fast-Paced: Energetic and ready for an active, physically demanding warehouse environment.

• Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable for early 6:00 AM starts, working 5 out of 7 days including weekends.

• No Experience Needed: Attitude and commitment come first—full guidance and training will be provided!
