About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at Bloomfield Care Home, you will help our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Working on a flexible, casual basis to cover annual leave or sick leave, your varied and rewarding duties will include:
Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and food and drink support.
Following tailored care plans to meet individual needs.
Delivering meaningful companionship and dedicated one-to-one time to create special memories.
Bringing your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling care environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted and dedicated individuals. To join us, you will need:
Prior experience in caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and the compassion to deliver top-tier support.
