Permanent Registered Nurse (Agency Staffing via Bridge Staffing Agency)
Location: Isis House, Cornwallis Road, Oxford, OX4 3NH
Pay Rate: £22.89 per hour (with Weekend Enhancements available)
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time (36.75 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM (Working Alternate Weekends; casual/flexible hours also available upon request)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Isis House, located in the popular area of Iffley close to Oxford. Isis House offers friendly, high-quality residential, early-stage dementia, intermediate, and nursing care for up to 80 residents, boasting beautiful grounds close to the river and the charming village of Iffley.
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse who thrives on making a real difference to the lives of older people? As a permanent Registered Nurse (36.75 hours per week), you will provide expert clinical leadership, manage shifts, mentor care teams, and build meaningful, consultative relationships with residents and their families.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Registration: A qualified RGN or RMHN with a current active NMC PIN and post-registration experience.
Clinical Competence: Comfortable working autonomously with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical skills (e.g., medication administration, end-of-life care, tissue viability, and catheterisation).
Leadership & Compassion: A positive role model with exceptional communication skills and a supportive, motivating approach.
