Administrator / Receptionist
Location: Bupa, Citigroup Centre, 33 Canada Square, London, E14 5LB
Salary: £30,500 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, shifts between 07:45 and 18:00

We are partnering with Bupa to find a polished and customer-focused Administrator / Receptionist for their Onsite Health Centre at Citi Tower in Canary Wharf. In this dynamic, five-star role, you will be much more than a traditional receptionist—you will sit at the very heart of the customer journey, providing a warm, personalized welcome and ensuring seamless support for both patients and clinical teams.
Providing a warm, professional welcome to customers, managing reception activities including arrivals, sign-ins, and check-outs.
Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email, and local mailboxes while maintaining a pristine reception and waiting area.
Preparing clinical files, appointment documentation, and consent forms, and managing the receipt and uploading of clinical documentation.
Processing customer payments, invoices, credit notes, and booking follow-up appointments and ongoing healthcare programmes.
Supporting clinical teams with report dispatch, abnormal result escalations, and ordering centre stock.
Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people, drawing from backgrounds like healthcare administration, hospitality, luxury retail, or corporate reception.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Previous administration and/or reception experience, with confidence using multiple IT systems.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
