Role Overview & Highlights
Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: St Georges Care Home, 5 Byfleet Road, Cobham, Surrey KT11 1DS
Pay Rate: £13.30 - £14.30 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (44 hours per week, 4 day shifts)

Key Responsibilities
Personalized Care: Support residents with a diverse range of needs, ranging from everyday companionship to sensitive personal care.
Observation & Reporting: Observe and manage resident behavior with utmost empathy, accurately documenting and reporting any changes in line with legal requirements.
Nutrition & Hydration: Support residents' nutritional and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their personalized care plans.
Engagement & Activities: Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through engaging social and recreational activities, both individually and in groups.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in compliance with regulatory and legal guidelines.
