Position: Permanent Care Assistant / Carer
Location: Ashwood Care Centre, Gipsy Lane, Warminster, BA12 9LR
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (with higher weekend pay rates available)
Contract Type: Permanent / 24 hours per week (12-hour shifts, working alternate weekends)
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find a dedicated permanent Care Assistant for Ashwood Care Centre in Warminster.
Situated in a quiet residential street close to the town centre, Ashwood Care Centre is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, large ash and oak trees, and a spacious south-facing courtyard sun trap. Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will make a genuine, daily impact by supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, and sharing meaningful companionship with our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
