• Hours: Full-Time, 40-Hour Contract | Monday – Friday, 21:00 - 05:30 (Week begins Monday night, ends Saturday morning)

• Transport: Subsidised transport available from Weston-Super-Mare and Newport at just £2 each way!

As a vital part of the logistics team, you will ensure that over 2,000 products make it from the warehouse floor to the shelves of local stores. It’s an independent, active role where your hard work directly impacts millions of happy customers every single day. What You’ll Do

Working in a modern, streamlined distribution environment, your main responsibilities will include:

• Voice Picking: Multitask and carefully follow picking instructions via a headset to select items swiftly.

• Product Handling: Pack a variety of products, including ambient, fresh, chilled, and frozen items.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure all store deliveries are perfectly and securely stacked on pallets, reporting any damaged stock to your manager.

• Target Driven: Responsibly and independently work through your nightly order targets.

What You’ll Need

This is an entry-level role with full training provided, but you will succeed if you have:

• The Right Attitude: Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and the drive to meet nightly targets.

• Pace & Precision: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.

• Night Shift Familiarity: Ideally, previous experience working night shifts (though not essential if you are ready for the schedule).

• Conditions: Ability to work comfortably in varying temperatures (including chilled and frozen environments).

What You’ll Receive

  • +$3.50 per hour for night shift hours (23:00 - 05:00)

  • +$1.50 per hour premium when working in freezer environments (as low as -18°C)
