Throughout this intensive 12-month training programme, you will gain a well-rounded view of business operations to revitalize your career and step into a high-level Area Manager role.

Your journey starts with a comprehensive induction to build a clear picture of what makes our client unique. This is followed by intensive, hands-on training—taking you from stacking shelves and learning the ropes to making crucial store-running decisions. Soon after, the real challenges kick in as you are handed the keys to your own store, managing a multi-million-pound business and leading your team to success.

By the end of your 12-month training programme, you will be fully prepared to take on a full Area Manager role, taking total responsibility for motivating employees, driving performance, achieving maximum sales, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

• A 2:2 Degree in any discipline.

• A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
