Pay Rate: £16.09 per hour (with higher rates of pay at weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent / 24 Hours per week (including alternate weekend working)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with St Wilfrid's Priory Care Home in Arundel.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Leader (24 hours per week) to lead a small, dedicated team of carers in delivering outstanding, person-centred care. Supporting the Home Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care that gives our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence, while managing your time effectively between team leadership and resident wellbeing.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a residential care setting holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or holding NVQ Level 2 with a willingness to study for Level 3). Supervisory experience is welcome, though not essential.
Leadership & Initiative: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, a natural ability to motivate others, and the confidence to take charge and solve problems using your own initiative.
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent 24-hour contract with alternate weekend working.
