Location: Malvern, UK (WR14 1PZ)
Employment Type: Permanent | Retail (Stores) Hourly Paid
Hours: 30 Hours per week (Variable contract sizes available)
Shift Patterns: Earliest start time is 4:00 AM, with shifts spanning between 4:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Requires approximately 50% weekend work.

As the driving force behind the department, you will ensure our online operations run smoothly, orders are picked and delivered on time, and every customer receives outstanding service.

Take full responsibility for ensuring all customer orders are picked, despatched, and delivered within required timescales with a minimal number of substitutions.
Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly adhered to.

Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching colleagues to build competence, confidence, and high performance.
Strong operational and technical knowledge of retail online fulfillment departments.
Excellent planning, organisational, and workload management skills for yourself and direct reports.
The ability to work efficiently and accurately to strict deadlines.
