Location: Wilton Place Care Home, Buckeridge Road, Wilton, SP2 0FX
Pay Rate: Up to £16.30 per hour
Hours: 23.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift: Days
As a Residential Senior Carer, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure top-tier, person-centred care. Taking charge on shift, you will lead, train, supervise, and delegate duties to your team while managing medication, updating care plans, and collaborating closely with GPs, district nursing teams, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of care staff, handling shift delegations and staff training.
Administer and order medication safely while reviewing care plans and risk assessments.
Liaise professionally with healthcare professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Foster a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects resident dignity.
To join us as a Senior Carer, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Proven background in a residential care setting with demonstrated team leadership skills.
