About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN) on a permanent basis on behalf of Arbury Court in Warrington—a specialist facility providing medium-secure, low-secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments for adult women with personality disorders and mental health conditions.
Note: You must have completed your preceptorship to be considered for this post.
Working as an integral part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will take ownership of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality clinical care. Your day-to-day will involve providing mentorship and support to junior team members, maintaining accurate care records, and guiding personalized recovery pathways that help service users build a better quality of life.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) alongside a current, active NMC registration, with a successfully completed preceptorship.
Experience: Proven post-qualification nursing experience gained within the NHS or private healthcare sector.
Attributes: Strong leadership capabilities, high self-motivation, a flexible approach, excellent team-working skills, and a natural commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
Proximity & Commutability: Located just off Junction 9 of the M62 in Winwick, Arbury Court has excellent transport links, making it easily accessible from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
