About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit an enthusiastic and natural leader for their in-store Online team in Ross-on-Wye.

As an Online Team Leader, you will act as the driving force behind our in-store online operations, ensuring high performance and exceptional service for our customers. You will lead, coach, and motivate your team to build a performance-driven culture where achievements are recognised, while managing department data and workflows to ensure all orders are picked, despatched, and delivered on time with minimal substitutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and lead a team that delivers outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to all customers.

• Build a supportive, performance-driven culture where colleague contributions are recognised and rewarded.

• Analyse department data to identify opportunities to simplify processes, speed up workflows, and implement solutions.

• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly followed.

• Take direct responsibility for ensuring all online orders are picked, despatched, and delivered within required timescales with minimal substitutions.

• Foster an engaging department environment where colleagues place customers at the heart of everything they do.

What We Are Looking For

• Natural leadership abilities with experience in developing and leading teams, coaching for high performance, and building confidence.

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.

• Strong operational and technical knowledge of an Online retail or fulfilment department.

• Capable of effectively planning, organising, and managing both your own workload and that of direct reports.

• Able to work efficiently and accurately to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be over the school leaver’s age.
