We are currently recruiting a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a young lady based in Snodland as part of a nurse-led package of care.
This is a wonderful chance to make a real difference, combining clinical expertise with a friendly, engaging approach to ensure her safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.
Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert support for complex needs, including tracheostomy care, seizure management, stoma care, PEG/PEJ feeding, and medication administration.
Ventilation & Monitoring: Support 24/7 ventilation via Nippy 4 alongside oral suctioning, careful moving and handling, and continuous health observation.
Person-Centred Engagement: Be calm, friendly, and engaging, supporting the client around her interests and hobbies while building a meaningful, trusting relationship.
Care Plan Adherence: Follow nurse-written care plans precisely as a dedicated advocate, ensuring meticulous documentation of daily care.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous practical experience in a complex care or support environment.
A calm, friendly, and upbeat disposition.
