Key Responsibilities

• Stock & Replenishment: Replenish shelves quickly and present products neatly so the store always looks its best.

• Delivery & Quality Checks: Inspect incoming deliveries and monitor product quality, ensuring only items that meet Aldi’s high standards hit the shelves.

• Customer Support: Offer friendly, helpful assistance to customers whenever needed on the shop floor.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Great Energy & Pace: Comfortable replenishing stock efficiently in a fast-moving, physically active environment.

• Friendly & Team-Oriented: Approachable, positive, and ready to support both shoppers and colleagues.

• Reliable & Flexible: Dependable with a solid "can-do" attitude.

• No experience required! Previous retail experience is a bonus, but your attitude matters most.
