Role: Driver - Home Delivery
Location: Malvern, UK (WR14 1PZ)
Employment Type: Permanent | Retail (Stores) Hourly Paid
Hours: 30 Hours per week
Shift Patterns: Morning shifts (07:00 to 16:30) and Evening shifts (14:30 to 22:30). Mixed shift patterns available, requiring approximately 50% weekend work.
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, plus excellent benefits

Key Responsibilities
Deliver fresh groceries and products directly to customers' homes safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Go above and beyond to provide a helpful, friendly service that leaves a lasting positive impression.
Use your own initiative to help support, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries on arrival.
Safely handle and operate a range of delivery and store equipment while maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety.
Comfortably lift and move delivery totes weighing up to 18kg.
What We Are Looking For
To join our delivery team, you will need:
A full driving licence held for over 1 year.
No more than 6 points on your driving licence.
To be over 18 years old.
A passion for meeting new people and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
An active, energetic approach to work with a strong commitment to workplace safety.
