Competitive Pay: From £14.50 to £15.50 per hour (depending on qualifications) + additional rates for overnight shifts

Qualifications: Hold or be committed to completing an NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and part of a sleep-in rota (averaging 4 sleep-ins per month)
Driving Licence: A driving licence is desirable but not essential
Vetting Requirements: This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is subject to enhanced DBS checks and comprehensive safer recruitment vetting procedures.
