Job Overview
Looking for a varied, dynamic part-time role where no two days are the same? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a compassionate and reliable General Assistant to join the team at Glebefields Care Home.
In this dual-focus role, you will split your time between housekeeping and coordinating engaging activities (10 hours housekeeping and 10 hours activities per week), helping to create a warm, homely, and stimulating environment for residents.
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 20.00 hours per week (Permanent part-time role — 10 hrs Housekeeping & 10 hrs Activities)
Shifts: Days
Closing Date: 1 September 2026
Key Responsibilities
Carry out diverse responsibilities across housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering support.
Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities that promote resident wellbeing and social interaction.
Build positive, meaningful professional relationships with residents and their visitors.
Help create a clean, safe, warm, and homely environment where residents feel truly at home.
