Rate of Pay: £13.30 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (32.5 hours over 5 days a week, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, working every other weekend)

We are partnering with the highly rated Bayford House Care Home in Stockcross—proudly holding a Good CQC rating and a 9.3/10 score on carehome.co.uk—to find a creative and energetic Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. Bayford House offers personalised care packages including residential, respite, nursing, palliative, and Parkinson's care within a stunning, modernized period residence set in large landscaped gardens.
As a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator through Supportive Bridge, you will act as the "chief fun officer," creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere and designing exciting activities, therapeutic sessions, and events that help our residents live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities
Run engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions, ranging from arts and crafts and baking to gentle chair-based exercises and garden parties.
Produce and update an activity planner for the home while managing a set activities budget effectively.
Organise special birthday surprises and meaningful one-to-one sessions using reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, or simply a cup of tea and a chat.
Liaise with external companies, local performers, and the community to organise trips and events.
Support the home with updates to its social media channels as required.
