Operating within state-of-the-art surgical suites, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality, evidence-based orthopaedic surgical procedures while enjoying the flexibility of ad-hoc shifts that suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based scrub and perioperative care in orthopaedic procedures within a multidisciplinary theatre team.

• Utilize advanced surgical technology and equipment safely, ensuring strict compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols.

• Supervise, guide, and support junior team members to promote a collaborative and safe surgical environment.

Requirements

• Active registration with either the NMC (as a Registered Nurse) or HCPC (as an Operating Department Practitioner).

• Proven post-registration experience within scrub nursing/ODP practice specializing in orthopaedics.

• Strong team communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the flexibility to work ad-hoc bank shifts.
