About the Role

We are recruiting for a permanent Team Leader (Food Services) in Ormskirk to take the lead in one of their high-profile branded outlets—such as Greggs, Subway, or Burger King.
In this hands-on, vital leadership role, you will guide your team to deliver fast, friendly, and exceptional service. You will manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met while keeping operations running smoothly during busy periods.
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 28 hours per week (flexibility required to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings).
Key Responsibilities: Leading and supporting the food service team, managing daily operations, maintaining high brand and food safety standards, and driving team success with a positive attitude.
About You
Experienced in a food service or hospitality environment with a readiness to take on supervisory responsibility.
Customer-focused, approachable, and encouraging, with a passion for helping colleagues succeed.
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of keeping things running smoothly during busy periods.
