We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit an enthusiastic HGV Driver / Loader for their team in Maldon. Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operation: Safely drive and operate LGV vehicles to collect household waste and recycling from local residents.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working collaboratively as part of a hard-working, supportive team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
Working Pattern: Contracted 40 hours per week, working Tuesday to Friday from 06:30 AM to 17:00 PM, with additional overtime opportunities available.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid LGV Category C (Class 2) licence and a valid CPC card are essential requirements. (Newly qualified drivers are very welcome to apply!)
Experience: Experience in the waste industry or working with stillage vehicles, kerbside loaders, and RCVs is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude.
