Working Pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, and late evenings (store closing), with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.

About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Team Member to join our partner store team in Croxley Green. Step into a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment where you will play a key role in delivering helpful service and essential community services every day.
Tasks will involve working hands-on on the shop floor and tills, operating our in-store bakery, and helping maintain store standards. No prior retail experience is necessary, as full, paid training is provided from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver friendly and thoughtful service, welcoming customers and helping to put things right when needed.
Shop Floor & Bakery: Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in our in-store bakery to create a great shopping experience.
Store Standards: Keep shelves fully stocked, maintain price accuracy, check dates and temperatures, and ensure the store is safe, legal, and running smoothly.
Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to support daily operations.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op membership and support local community connections.
What You’ll Bring
