Paediatric Clinical Homecare Nurse
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Children’s Nurse to join our healthcare partner's community nursing team. In this field-based role, you will provide specialized one-to-one care, treatment administration, and education to paediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their own homes, schools, or workplaces. By bringing clinical excellence outside of the hospital setting, you will empower young patients and their families to manage conditions like growth hormone deficiencies or rare disorders safely, confidently, and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional standards of paediatric and community clinical care in accordance with service-specific protocols.
Educate and train children, parents, and carers on how to safely self-administer therapies and injections.
Conduct home visits, virtual appointments, and telephone consultations as a vital part of ongoing Patient Support Programmes.
Collaborate closely with the NHS, pharmaceutical clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth transition of care between hospital and home.
Effectively manage daily travel routes across Central London and surrounding areas (with all travel time included within working hours).
Skills and Qualifications
Active registration on the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Children’s Nurse (essential).
Good computer literacy and strong communication skills for effective patient documentation and support.
3+ years of post-registration experience, previous homecare background, and clinical competencies in cannulation, venepuncture, or IV therapies / accessing ports (highly desirable).
A full UK driving license and comfort with regular daily travel.
