As the face of our fresh bakery in-store, you will:
Ensure customer confidence by maintaining full availability of fresh bakery products
Maintain quality, fresh, and attractive food displays throughout the trading day to drive sales
Prepare and bake a variety of traditional items—including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products—using specialist equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers
Deliver outstanding, friendly service that creates memorable moments for customers
About You
We are looking for someone who brings energy and expertise to the team:
Friendly, supportive, and passionate about going above and beyond for customers
Enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced, varied environment
Able to use initiative to support and resolve customer queries
Experienced in competent bakery skills (mixing and moulding dough) while strictly maintaining high standards of health and safety
Flexible and willing to support across other fresh counters on Market Street when needed
Must be over the school leaver's age
